Tracey has lived on the three shores of Canada with years of experience developing relationships among new communities and cultures. In each place she sought opportunities to grow and find new challenges through volunteering. Her greatest accomplishment has been to lovingly cajole her two offspring into fully functioning adults (final results not yet calculated).
Tracey believes that dreams are a sound foundation for investment and demonstrated this when she returned to university as a mature student to pursue a degree in Honours Linguistics, earning the distinction of summa cum laude. This has given her a solid scientific understanding of the underpinnings of language, enhancing her natural talent for social, academic and professional discourse.
Tracey works and plays well with others, and dreams of the opportunity to work for a socially conscious organization using her skill set for the community and global good, and applying her empathy and passion for human rights. Thinking creatively in a dynamic workplace while building trusting relationships is where she thrives best.
Her background encompasses many industries where the rigor of time-management, juggling priorities, teamwork, and problem-solving were crucial.
A meaningful and challenging career is important to the practical idealist she is: Tracey is deeply committed to cooperative productivity, keen to engage with people who appreciate the value of innovative communication, and she strives to make every project she manages as successful as possible, always rising above expectations.
